Cooking Demonstrations

Cooking demonstrations are offered at your location by Lisa Lahtinen, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. Throughout the demonstrations, Lisa offers nutrition tips and explains the nutritional benefits of the foods included in her recipes. The focus is on fast, nourishing meals for busy people using everyday kitchen tools and healthy cooking techniques. Participants sample the food prepared in the session and receive the recipes.
